Part Time Leasing Consultant for Monticello-Lee Apartments
(Old Town)

Job Description:
We are seeking one (or two) people to help us lease apartments on Saturdays and one additional day each week. More hours may be available when other team members are off.

As a Leasing Consultant you are the main point of contact with customers - whether they call, visit online or in person. You highlight the advantages of living in our community. You explain our pricing and models, show our breath-taking apartment homes, close the deal, follow up on customer leads, participate in marketing outreach, and process rental applications.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Professional appearance
• High-energy, warm, engaging, inviting personality
• Easily connect with a variety of people
• Must be comfortable using computers and phones
• Prior leasing and/or sales experience highly preferred
• Must be available Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• In addition to Saturday availability, we prefer a candidate who is also available one day between Monday and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
